Conditions for returning goods

-The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods by notifying the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods shall not apply to the Buyer if one of the contracts listed in Article 6.228(10)(2) of the Civil Code has been concluded, namely the right of withdrawal shall not apply:
- contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
- contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
- The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the cancellation of the Sale and Purchase Contract by filling in the e-Request Form. Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Seller shall immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt of the notification.
